4 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Blend eggs, sugar, and cream cheese. Add vanilla or lemon. Use a cupcake liner in muffin pan. Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of liner in muffin pan. Fill each 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Put 1 tablespoon cherry or strawberry pie filling, if desired.
