LEMON CHESS PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
3/4 stick butter
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slightly beat eggs, add sugar, flour, juice and rind, salt. Stir in melted butter. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake until set.
