RACHEL'S LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. flour
Juice and rind from one lemon

Mix the above ingredients and pour into uncooked pie shell. Cook for 10 minutes at 450 degrees, reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue for 30 minutes or until done.
