RACHEL'S FRUIT SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 can fruit cocktail, drained

Whip cottage cheese with wire whisk. Fold in Cool Whip. Sprinkle gelatin over mixture and stir in fruit cocktail; mix thoroughly. Chill.

the recipe turned out great. I want to add lemon or pineapple jello. I used sugar free jello which is 0.6 oz. I haven't found sugar free lemon or pineapple. I can use a regular island pineapple however a small box is 3 oz. Is that too much jello for this size recipe? I use pineapple, these are good for acid reflux problems. Thank you.
