EGG NOG 
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
6 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks (save the whites)
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat; set aside. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the beaten eggs into pudding mixture. Chill. Top with nutmeg. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
