POTATO WEDGES 
3 med. baking potatoes
1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 equal wedges and set aside. In a shallow dish combine stuffing mix with spices. Dip each potato wedge in melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Place wedges on greased baking sheet. Pour remaining butter around wedges. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender. Serves hot.
