ROASTED POTATO WEDGES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Scrub potatoes, cut each lengthwise into 6 wedges. Put butter and oil in 8x12x2 inch pan, set in the 325 degree oven to melt. Add potatoes, toss to coat well with butter mixture, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake 1 hour or until tender, turn potatoes occasionally. 8 servings. Recipe can be cut in half. 142 calories.
