ROASTED POTATO WEDGES | |
4 lg. baking potatoes 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 325 degrees. Scrub potatoes and cut each lengthwise into 6 wedges. Place oil and butter in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Put in oven to melt. Then add potatoes; toss to coat and sprinkle with salt, paprika, and pepper. Bake 1 hour until tender, turning potatoes occasionally. |
