ROAST POTATO WEDGES 
5 med. unpeeled baking potatoes
1 tsp. vegetable oil (cooking spray)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 paprika

Scrub potatoes, cut each lengthwise into 6 wedges. Place in a bowl. Cover with cold water. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain. Pat potato wedges dry with paper towels. Toss wedges with oil - place skin side down on baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray. Combine garlic salt, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle mixture evenly over wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until wedges are tender and browned.
