ROAST POTATO WEDGES | |
4 med. baking potatoes Salad oil Salt Pepper Paprika Onion salt, garlic powder, etc. Scrub potatoes well. Slice unpeeled potatoes in half, then slice each half into 4 wedges. Preheat broiler. Place wedges, cut side down, on the rack of a broiler pan. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (or other seasonings of choice) to taste. Broil 3 inches from heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Turn to expose the other cut side; brush with oil. Season to taste. Broil until tender, 5 minutes. Serve with ketchup to dip! |
