6 raw potatoes, grated
Pinch baking powder
1 tbsp. flour
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. salt
A little milk

Beat eggs well and mix the rest of the ingredients. Drop by spoonsful on a hot, buttered frying pan in small cakes. Turn and brown on both sides.
