SPRING SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lime Jello or lemon, orange
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 sm. carton cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
Finely chopped walnuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain crushed pineapple, add cold water to juice to make other cup to add to Jello. When cool, add crushed pineapple, cheese, nuts and fold in Cool Whip. Chill in bowl.
