CHICKEN SUPREME CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or turkey leftovers, cooked, boned & chopped
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream celery soup (undiluted)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cornbread stuffing
1 onion, chopped fine
1 or more c. chicken or turkey broth
Poultry season to taste

Mix together chicken or turkey, sour cream, soup and pour into a greased baking dish. Combine stuffing, onion, broth and poultry seasoning. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
