CHICKEN CASSEROLE SUPREME 
3 sleeves Ritz Crackers (Crushed)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Onion Soup
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 can Water Chestnuts (finely chopped) optional
4 cups of Chicken (shredded)
1 package Cream Cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Set aside 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers combine remaining Ritz crackers and butter. Mix well set aside. In a medium saucepan mix cream of chicken, cream of onion, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Heat on medium heat stirring occasionally until well blended.

Place cracker + butter mix into bottom of ungreased 9 x 11 casserole dish pack mixture into bottom of the dish. Place the shredded chicken on top of cracker mixture, spread evenly. Add water chestnuts to the top of that, spread evenly as possible.

Pour the soup mixture you’ve been heating over the top, spread evenly. Spread the cup of Ritz crackers you set aside earlier on the top, as a topping, you may add more crackers for taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes.
