CHICKEN SUPREME CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned. Cut into bite size pieces. Spread on bottom of casserole dish. Mix one carton sour cream and 2 cans chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Crush 30 Ritz crackers. Put on top of chicken mixture. Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles, or toast.
