BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 lg. unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk

Melt butter, add beaten eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and sugar. Mix and pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 25-30 minutes.
