BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 prebaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 or 4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In a pot over low heat, mix sugar, flour, eggs, buttermilk, and butter. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, then add lemon juice. Pour into cooked pie shell; chill and serve with whipped cream.
