"HAM LOAFS" OR "HAM BALLS" 
2 lbs. ham & fresh pork mixture
2 eggs
2/3 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1-1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. paprika

TOPPING:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish

Mix all ingredients together, make into individual loaves or balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour off liquid and top with the topping. Mix the topping well and spoon over loaves. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
