MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. brown hamburger
2-3 sliced tomatoes
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. sour cream

Mix first 2 ingredients for dough and press into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Layer over crust browned hamburger, tomato slices, and chopped green pepper. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions, and sour cream; drop by spoonfuls over meat and vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
