MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef, browned
1-2 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 can diced black olives
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. can diced Ortega chilies
1 lg. bag Fritos
Enough Jack cheese to cover top

Mix ground beef, onion, garlic salt, tomato sauce and black olives together, cook for 10 minutes. In large bowl combine sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies.

Butter bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and cover with crushed Fritos. Must use Fritos. Add meat mixture, then sour cream layer, top with grated Jack cheese, layer again if using smaller dish. Bake about 35-45 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
