GLAZED HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/4 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk

Combine everything to form a loaf. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, baste with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Serve with topping: 1/2 c. vinegar 1 egg 1 tsp. water 1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix mustard and vinegar and set several hours or even overnight, cook all other items in a double boiler until thick. Let cool and add 1 cup mayonnaise.
