SEVEN LAYER CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
4 med. carrots (partially cooked)
1 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water (may use water from carrots)
1 lb. Italian sausage (browned)

Layer in 2 1/2 quart covered casserole dish in order given above. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered, and 1/2 hour uncovered.

(Kielbassi may be substituted for sausage.) If prepared ahead, must be baked and then reheated. Do not reheat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
