SIX - LAYER MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Corn tortillas
2 lbs. ground beef
Chili powder
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 cans Ranch style beans
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes (Rotel)

Layer as follows:

First Layer: Place 6 uncooked corn tortillas in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Second Layer: Add ground beef browned with chili powder and drained.

Third Layer: Add onion.

Fourth Layer: Add 2 cans undrained Ranch style beans.

Fifth Layer: Add grated cheese

Sixth Layer: Place 6 uncooked corn tortillas on top of the casserole.

Mix can of cream of chicken soup with can of tomatoes. Pour over casserole. Bake at 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
