SIX LAYER CASSEROLE 
2 cups sliced potatoes
2 cups chopped celery
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup cooked tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
green pepper rings

Alternate layers of potatoes, celery, beef, onions, and tomatoes in greased 2-quart casserole, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper. Garnish with green pepper rings.

Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
