2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 lb. mild bulk sausage
2-3 cups Colby Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix Bisquick baking mix, sausage, and cheese. Roll into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place on a shallow baking sheet about an inch apart.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.

Makes about 5 dozen.
