CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SESAME
SEEDS
 
1 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 lg. chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp. corn oil

Combine wine vinegar, sherry and soy sauce. Place chicken in sauce and freeze. To serve, defrost. Remove breasts from marinade and dip in sesame seeds. Heat oil in skillet. Brown breasts in hot oil on both sides. Add marinade; cover and continue cooking until breasts are cooked through, 7-10 minutes.
