MANDARIN ITALIAN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges & juice

Combine and mix well. Pour into lightly greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 3 layer pans, either 8 or 9 inch or 2 (9 x 12 inch) pans. Remove from pans and cool.

ICING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
3/4 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix well by folding them. Ice cake tops only. Press 1 layer on top of the other. (Do not frost the sides of cake.)
