OVEN OMELET BRUNCH 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 dozen eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In oven, melt butter in baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in onion and cheese. Pour into a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes. Serves 10.
