SAUSAGE-CHEESE BRUNCH DISH 
3 c. "Brownberry Oven" Seasoned Croutons
1 lb. bulk sausage (browned and drained) (I use turkey)
4 eggs, lightly beaten with 2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Note: Sausage and croutons provide seasonings.

In a lightly greased 9x13 pan, layer croutons, sausage and cheese.

Pour the egg/milk mixture over the top and let set overnight.

Next day: Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup milk and spread over the top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let set 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
