SAUSAGE SNACKS IN ZESTY CHEESE
SAUCE
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown-N-Serve sausage links
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cut sausage in half cross-wise. Brown lightly in a skillet. Remove sausage to warm plate and insert wooden pick in each. Combine soup, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Heat over low heat. Add cheese and stir until smooth and well blended. Place sausage in sauce and serve hot.
