OVEN BRUNCH OMELET 
1/8 c. butter
9 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk or light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 c. green chopped onion
1 c. ham
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In oven, melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2 inch corning ware dish or glass round casserole dish. Tilt pan to coat sides with butter. In large bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, milk, salt until blended. Stir in onion, cheese, ham. Pour into baking dish. Bake until eggs are set but still moist; about 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot.
