OVEN OMELET BRUNCH 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onion (using tops)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In oven melt butter in 9x13 baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom and sides with butter.

In large mixing bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until well blended. Stir in green onion. Pour into dish. Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.

This bakes up light and fluffy. Cut in squares to serve. Great with bacon, sausage or ham.
