BRUNCH OVEN OMELET 
1/2 c. butter
1 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In oven, melt butter in 9x13 baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter.

In large mixer bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese and salt until blended. Pour into dish. Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes. Serves 12.
