HAM & CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced ham
1 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and salt; add ham and cheese. Pour into a greased 8"x8"x2" pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
