HAM-CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. instant minced onion or 3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3 thin slices baked ham
1 c. (about 4 oz.) shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Swiss cheese

Beat eggs, milk, onion, and seasoned salt. Tear ham into small pieces; add to egg mixture. Stir in cheese. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake in a 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
