BROCCOLI OVEN OMELET 
9 eggs
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, drained
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Beat the eggs until fluffy. Stir in the broccoli, onion, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, basil, garlic powder and put this in low casserole. Top with tomato slices and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
