MOLDED SPINACH SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. onion, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained 3/4 c. cottage cheese 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Dissolve Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir in vinegar, salt and mayonnaise. Chill until it starts to thicken. Beat until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Put in mold. Chill until firm. Very good. |
