SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 cans crab meat or shrimp
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt, parsley flakes and mayonnaise. Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add crab meat or shrimp; blend with fork.
