SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 lb. macaroni or shells
8 oz. cooked shrimp
1 med. tomato, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 tbsp. seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In large bowl toss all ingredients together. Cover and chill before serving. Yield: 3 to 4 servings. You may substitute imitation crab meat for shrimp.
