RAINBOW MACARONI - SHRIMP SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) frozen pre-cooked bite-size shrimp pkgs., thawed
1 (8 oz.) box macaroni, cooked
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 gal. cucumber, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook macaroni until tender, drain and add all vegetables, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, butter and thawed shrimp while macaroni is still warm. Mix well, cover and chill for 2 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Add more or less mayonnaise to taste.
