SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD 
3/4 c. Kraft Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. chives (snipped)
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
4 hard cooked eggs, cut into 1/8 pieces
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped red bell pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients. In a large bowl add macaroni, cooked shrimp (cut in half), carrots, celery, red bell peppers, snipped chives and cut up eggs. Add the combined Miracle Whip, sour cream, pickle relish, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix all together. Chill. Serve on bed of lettuce. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and avocado slices.
