SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 lb. fresh or canned shrimp
1 can tuna
1 can crab
1 can clams
2 c. celery, diced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1 med. onion, chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 can button mushrooms, drained
1 scant pt. Hellman's mayonnaise

Let set overnight before serving.
