1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup

Bring to boil until bubbles form around edge. Remove from heat. Add:

3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. Special K cereal

Mix well! Press in buttered 8 or 9 inch pan - melt 1 cup butterscotch chips and 3 Hershey bars over double boiler. Spread over cooled mix! (No baking).
