BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM 
1 c. light cream or whipping cream
1 3/4 c. whiskey (brandy, rum, scotch)
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Good for 1 month.
