RUM BALLS 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light rum
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners' sugar for coating

Combine crumbs, sugar, pecans, cocoa, corn syrup, salt, rum, and vanilla. Shape into balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in tightly covered container. Especially nice for the holidays.
