BOURBON BALLS 
1 1/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 1/4 c. crushed gingersnaps
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
3 tbsp. corn syrup or honey
1/2 c. bourbon, brandy, or rum
Powdered sugar

Combine the vanilla wafers, gingersnaps, cocoa, powdered sugar, and nuts. Add the corn syrup and mix thoroughly. Add the bourbon until the mixture is the desired consistency.

Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes about 3 dozen.
