MOCHA RUM BALLS 
1/4 c. coffee (powdered instant)
1/4 c. rum
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. unsifted powdered sugar
Dash of salt

Dissolve coffee in rum and water. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into balls. Then roll in more powdered sugar if desired. Store in an airtight container.
