TAVERN FRIES | |
A knock-off of Red Robin's "Red's Tavern Fries", though RR uses steak fries. Whichever your favorite type of fry is, these are fun to make and even more enjoyable to devour. 1 bag frozen French fries (or waffle-cut fries) 2 cups shredded deli-style American cheese 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon 1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley Prepare fries according to package directions, adding cheese to melt during last 5 minutes of baking time. Remove fries from oven and carefully transfer to a serving platter using a spatula. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
