POTATO DELUXE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of melted butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
dash of salt and pepper

Mix all above ingredients and place in a 13x9-inch pan.

OPTIONAL: Top with 1 cup of crushed potato chips.

Bake 2 hours (covered) at 350°F.
