AMARETTO FROSTING 
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. Half & Half
2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. amaretto

Combine butter and chocolate in heavy saucepan. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Stir in Half & Half. Add powdered sugar, salt and amaretto, stirring until smooth.
